Every The Design Cross piece is made-to-order; however, we are more than happy to modify the design of any piece in our collection by customer request. Contact me to discuss your custom order.

Processing and shipping times vary depending on the item and your location. We work as hard as we can to ship your piece quickly without sacrificing quality. Each piece is handmade and can take up to 7 - 10 business days to produce, time may vary slightly depending on backorders. Shipping is not included in that timeframe. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Samples of each piece are shown online in product photography captured. As with all handcrafted items, the designs are consistent, but slight variations may occur in the silversmithing and natural stone colors. This is characteristic of these processes and materials and should not be considered defective.

All our pieces are designed in Florida. From the design process, to production, to your doorstep, all our products are personally handled by Mari, hand-cut, hand-formed, hammered, soldered, and polished. Made to last with high quality materials. Stamped with Mari’s "MNK" signature stamp and sterling silver "925".

It is important to us that you love your order! If it is not quite what you expected, we are happy to issue a full refund within 15 days of the ship date (just pay for the return postage). When we have received the returned merchandise, we will fully refund your money. Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged. Please fill out a Return Form along with your returned items.

Free first-class Shipping USPS inside continental USA. Our products are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after your custom piece is complete.

We are happy to ship your designs internationally! Please know that we declare the actual value of the item or items you order on the customs form. Since international orders go through customs, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame, but typically shipping can take 3-6 weeks. Please also note we are not responsible for any additional fees or service charges incurred by customs or your chosen mail carrier and are not responsible if packages are held up at customs.

It is important to us that you love your order! If it is not quite what you expected, we are happy to offer store credit or issue a full refund within 14 days of the ship date. Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged. If an error occurs on our end, we will remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund.
